She also provides RF (Radio Frequency) microneedling and traditional microneedling to stimulate collagen production and enhance skin firmness, customized chemical peels for a refreshed and radiant complexion, lash lift and tint, and facials.

Kristina is a Kalamazoo native and MSU alum. Kristina has been working in the medical industry in multiple fields and capacities for 9 years. The past 2 years have been spent exploring the dermatology and aesthetics fields which has ignited a passion for products and helping people feel and look their best!

With over 20 years of experience in both medical and aesthetic environments, Mary has developed a strong foundation in client service, front desk operations, and administrative management. Her career spans a variety of roles, from front desk and management to coordinating daily operations in medical spas and aesthetic clinics.

Dr. Lena Weinman returns to Aqua Aesthetics & Wellness as part of a growing team of providers committed to practicing above the standard of care. Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Weinman has provided exceptional, individualized care to women across all stages of hormonal transition and childbearing since 2008.

In 2024, Dr. Weinman completed a post-doctoral Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Seattle and has since focused her practice on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Her background as a former OB-GYN gives her a uniquely deep understanding of anatomy, hormonal influence, and life-stage changes — a foundation that directly informs her surgical approach an hi d outcomes.

Dr. Weinman combines women’s health advocacy with cosmetic and gynecologic expertise to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care. Kaylee is passionate about skin care and deeply committed to helping clients achieve their skin care goals with thoughtful, personalized guidance and care, fueled by her love for aesthetics and wellness. Amanda started her nursing career in 2018 building a strong foundation in medical-surgical and procedural nursing. Through this experience, Amanda developed a deep understanding of patient care, safety and attention to detail- skills that guide her work as a nurse injector.

As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Mary specializes in partnering with patients to
achieve their health and wellness goals. She has experience working in a variety of healthcare
settings including dermatology, weight loss management, internal medicine, and acute care.
Mary’s approach to skin care and wellness emphasizes patient education and collaboration with a
focus on creating sustainable, balanced results. She is passionate about helping patients feel
like the most confident, energized versions of themselves.

Through her experience in dermatology Mary developed a strong appreciation for prevention and
the confidence-boosting impact of treating sun damage, acne scars, and age-related changes.
She is trained in neuromodulators for wrinkle reduction and enjoys creating a personalized skin
care plan tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

In addition to skin care Mary has a strong interest in nutrition and exercise. She believes true

Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family in East Lansing and visiting
Lake Michigan. Her favorite forms of movement are running, yoga, strength training, and
