What these terms cover

This page applies only to dietary supplements displayed in Aqua’s wellness shop and purchases completed through the linked Vital Spark Labs store. It does not change Aqua’s policies for clinic treatments, appointments, deposits, memberships, packages, gift cards, books or skincare purchases.

Seller and checkout

The linked Vital Spark Labs store identifies its seller as Aqua Creative LLC, DBA Vital Spark Labs. Supplement orders, payments, fulfillment, shipping questions, refunds and subscription support are handled through that seller’s store and support team. Aqua’s wellness shop is currently a preview: its cart does not submit orders, collect payment details or charge your card.

Before purchasing in an external store, review the product label, bottle count, quantity, total price, shipping, taxes and whether the selected offer is a one-time purchase or a subscription. The price and terms shown at that store’s checkout apply to the order. A preview price on Aqua is not a final checkout total.

Shipping

Shipping availability, charges, dispatch estimates and delivery arrangements are set out in the seller’s shipping policy and checkout. Contact the seller for order tracking, delivery delays or damaged shipments. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by Aqua.

Refunds and subscriptions

For supplement orders, review the seller’s refund and return policy and purchase terms before paying. Contact the seller to confirm the applicable refund deadline and request a refund. For a subscription, review the charge amount, renewal schedule and cancellation terms in the checkout agreement; cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate requests.
