Her background lies in procedure-based specialties, including ER, Urgent Care, and Orthopedic Surgery. Hollie has spent her career specializing in skin and joint rejuvenation, which gives her patients comfort in knowing her way around injections, anatomy, patient care, and safety. She strives for results that leave her patients feeling their best.

Hollie is certified in advanced Neurotoxin Wrinkle Reduction, Dermal Filler Injections, PDO Threads, and Sculptra techniques. Hollie is also certified in BodyTite/Facetite contouring, Empower Women’s Health Platform, Morpheus8 Radio Frequency Microneedling, advanced PRP (platelet rich plasma) procedures, and advanced laser treatments.

In 2003, Erin began her nursing career at Sparrow Carson Hospital where she worked for 15 years on the medical-surgical unit providing care for a wide array of patients. She has also worked in Home Care, Management, and was a Frontline Provider during the Covid Pandemic. Erin takes pride in always offering compassionate care while many were at their worst and most vulnerable. Her impressive experience has provided her with a very solid and extensive medical knowledgebase.

Erin is a registered nurse, certified in injections including neurotoxins and fillers as well as smooth and lifting threads and IV Therapy. Erin has also completed training on advanced injection and thread techniques. With a special interest in lip filler Erin has been dubbed Aqua Aesthetics & Wellness’ “Lip Queen”.

Tammy is a seasoned Medical Aesthetician with 14 years of dedicated experience in the field and is a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist. Specializing in advanced skincare solutions, Tammy offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet diverse skin needs. Her expertise includes BBL (BroadBand Light) for skin rejuvenation, Moxi for improving skin texture and tone, and laser hair removal for a long-lasting solution to unwanted hair. She also provides RF (Radio Frequency) microneedling and traditional microneedling to stimulate collagen production and enhance skin firmness, customized chemical peels for a refreshed and radiant complexion, lash lift and tint, and facials.

Tammy’s commitment to personalized care ensures that each client receives a tailored treatment plan, leveraging her extensive knowledge and ongoing education to incorporate the latest techniques and innovations. Her approach is centered on achieving optimal results and empowering clients with effective skincare regimens for continued home care. Kristina is a Kalamazoo native and MSU alum. Kristina has been working in the medical industry in multiple fields and capacities for 9 years. The past 2 years have been spent exploring the dermatology and aesthetics fields which has ignited a passion for products and helping people feel and look their best!

Meet Macie, a Registered Nurse and Michigan native. After graduating from University of Michigan-Flint in 2021, Macie began her nursing career at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD providing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care. After developing her nursing foundation and passion for wellness, she pivoted into aesthetics when adventure brought her to Salt Lake City, UT. There she expanded her expertise to include injectable filler, neuromodulators, IPL, laser hair removal and Hydrafacials. After more than 3 years away, Macie found herself saying “there’s no place like home” and has come back to Michigan as an Aqua Aesthetics & Wellness Nurse Injector. Macie values developing relationships with her patients, creating individualized treatment plans and achieving goals as a marathon, not a sprint. While her favorite treatment is lip filler, she can’t wait to see you in her chair to make any of your dreams a reality!

With over 20 years of experience in both medical and aesthetic environments, Mary has developed a strong foundation in client service, front desk operations, and administrative management. Her career spans a variety of roles, from front desk and management to coordinating daily operations in medical spas and aesthetic clinics.

Mary has worked with a broad range of skincare lines and aesthetic brands, gaining extensive product knowledge and an understanding of client needs. Her ability to create seamless and positive experiences for clients is complemented by her deep expertise in managing high-end, client-focused services with professionalism and care.

Dr. Lena Weinman returns to Aqua Aesthetics & Wellness as part of a growing team of providers committed to practicing above the standard of care. Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Weinman has provided exceptional, individualized care to women across all stages of hormonal transition and childbearing since 2008.

In 2024, Dr. Weinman completed a post-doctoral Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Seattle and has since focused her practice on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Her background as a former OB-GYN gives her a uniquely deep understanding of anatomy, hormonal influence, and life-stage changes — a foundation that directly informs her surgical approach an hi d outcomes.

Dr. Weinman combines women’s health advocacy with cosmetic and gynecologic expertise to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care. Her practice also extends to the LGBTQIA+ community, where she assists patients seeking gender-affirming surgical care with an emphasis on safety, function, and reduction of body dysphoria.

She maintains active membership and continuing education through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, ACOG, ACOOG, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Weinman also serves as adjunct faculty at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a leader in Women in Cosmetic Surgery.

Dedicated to staying current with emerging techniques and evidence-based procedures, Dr. Weinman regularly pursues advanced training to ensure her patients receive safe, effective, and carefully vetted treatment options. Outside of practice, she enjoys running, fitness, and participating in community activities with her family.
