Our Services


Aqua Body Lab is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all our clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled appointments. In order to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system and accommodate all clients fairly, we have established the following policies.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.

No Show Policy: A "no show" is defined as missing your appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Policy: In fairness to all clients, you may be asked to reschedule if you are late to your appointment. 

Payment Policy: payment is required at the time of treatment. New patients must pay with card or cash, no checks accepted. If your payment is denied at checkout you will be required to apply the same day at checkout for Cherry and/or Care Credit to pay your outstanding balance.

Product Return Policy: full refund of products up to 30 days after purchase. 

Service Refunds: there are no service refunds.

Illness Policy: you must be a minimum of 48 hours symptom-free. 

Package Policy: all packages expire 1 year after purchase (Laser Hair Packages are the exception).
