The program begins with a comprehensive Health and Wellness Intake and a Wellness Wheel review to understand where you’re thriving and where you want to grow.
Together, we’ll:
- Create a personalized Wellness Vision
- Set 3-month goals focused on what matters most to you
- Establish weekly action steps that build momentum and confidence
- Track your progress through ongoing sessions designed for accountability and support

After 30 years of leading teams and building brands, Brian discovered that real success starts with health—mental clarity, physical energy, and emotional balance.
His coaching blends motivational science, practical structure, and deep empathy to help clients make changes that last.
